I have kept this at home for a long time.
I threw away the outer box a long time ago, but the figure is unopened, and the software was opened but never played.
The software case has some age-related scratches on the plastic part.
The Adol skeleton cap is included.
I pre-ordered and purchased it from Falcom's online store, so I think it was a bonus item at the time, but I don't remember exactly.
