Pyro-Putty 653 is a ceramic and stainless steel filled, high temperature, thermally conductive paste used to bond, seal and repair defects up to 1/2" in cross-section in cast iron, steel and stainless steel components and structures to 2000°F (1093°C).Pyro-Putty 653 is a single part, thermally shock resistant paste that will not decompose at high temperatures. It is a water-based material that contains no volatile organic compounds. It sets at room temperature and cures in-situ or by heating to 200°F for 2-4 hours.
