Includes the catalog.
I built it to check, and there were 3-4 pieces missing. This is everything that's been built.
Some pieces might be mixed in with the Classic set.
LEGO Classic:
No catalog included. I haven't checked the number of pieces.
Includes LEGO City police cars, airplanes, and other vehicles, but no LEGO City catalog.
It seems to include some sets for younger children, sorted by color and placed in Ziploc bags.
Everything in the photos is included.
These are used items that my child played with, so please purchase only if you understand this.
