For assembling reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 and nuts, along with EN 14399-6 washers (enhanced hardness, min. 300HV) should be used. Nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide - MoS2 - to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use matching bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. The delivered sets are of class K1, which are joined in a mixed manner (two joining stages). All necessary information is provided on the label for proper set assembly.
