Civco Endocavity Transducer Soaking Cups Lightweight soaking cups provide a safe and efficient soaking system for transvaginal and transrectal ultrasound transducers. Includes a larger blue funnel for use with larger style endocavity transducers. Kit contains: (1) 5"W x 12"H high-density polyethylene cup. (1) Lid. (1) Contoured funnel for smaller transducers with a width of 2.2 cm (.88"), white. (1) Contoured funnel for larger transducers with a width of 2.7 cm (1.08"), blue for easy identification. Mounting hardware. Contoured funnels prevent transducers from hitting the bottom of the cup, saving costly damage to the lens of the transducer. Soaking Cup holds up to 120 fluid ounces of disinfecting liquid and will accommodate two endovacity ultrasound transducers measuring up to 22.9 cm L( 9"L). When not in use, the lid is provided to prevent unpleasant fumes and evaporation of disinfectant or sterilizing solutions. Recommended for use with glutaraldehyde cold chemical disinfecting/sterilizing solutions, and that the cup, lid, and funnels are replaced when the disinfectant expires.
